All our cakes are freshly baked at our Kent kitchen using traditional baking techniques and only the finest ingredients.

There is an option to have tiered wedding cakes of all one flavour or choose a different flavour for each tier. See below for our most popular flavour options:

Vanilla cake

Vanilla cake layered with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and organic raspberry jam or chocolate buttercream

Chocolate cake

Rich chocolate cake made with 'Green & Blacks' organic cocoa layered with chocolate buttercream

Lemon cake

Luscious lemon cake layered with lemon curd buttercream

Carrot cake

Moist carrot cake baked with rum-soaked sultanas and coconut with a zesty orange buttercream

Fruit cake

A traditional fruit cake, rich in glace cherries and laced with brandy. The vine fruit are soaked in brandy for 3 days before cooking and the cake is matured for 3 months to improve flavour and texture.
